Application Checklist
Bring the following with you when you fill out a loan application.
- Addresses – Landlord’s name, address and phone number or lender and loan number for the past 2 years.
- Name, address and phone number for each employer for the past 2 years.
- Gross monthly income, year to date pay stub and past 2 years W2s.
- If self-employed – tax returns for the past 2 years. (Signed all schedules)
- Check and savings, retirement account for the last 2 months. (all pages)
- Completed, signed sales contract.
- Social Security number and date of birth.
